Education

She graduated in classical piano at Trapani conservatory, Master degrees of music in collaborative piano, chamber music, orchestral conducting at Palermo conservatory and a Master degree in Musicology at the Palermo University with the full marks, honors and mention. During his training she studied with the Masters Carmelo Caruso, Fabio Ciulla, Ranieri Schicchi, Salvatore Spanò, Bruno Aprea, Ivo Lipanovic, Waldemir Wojtal, Gisela Herb, Massimiliano Damerini.

Career

She has performed numerous concerts both as a conductor and as a pianist. She conducted the Sicilian Philharmonic Orchestra (G. Puccini's Turandot, G. Verdi's Traviata, P. Mascagni's Cavalleria Rusticana, Mozart's Requiem K626), Coro Lirico Mediterraneo (G. Rossini’s Petite messe solennelle), the Women Orchestra at the Verdi Theater in Pisa, Tu si qui vales of Canale 5, Verdura Theatre in Palermo and also Greek Theatre of Taormina, the Euterpe wind orchestra. She has performed as a pianist at the Thomaskirche in Wuppertal (Festival Kultur / Trasse 2017), the Politeama Theater in Catanzaro, the Alfieri Theater in Turin, the Massimo Theater and the Politeama Theater in Palermo, the Eliodoro Sollima Theater in Marsala. In addition, for Rai Uno, Rai 5, Rai Sicilia, the Amici della Musica di Floridia, Syracuse, the international association for contemporary music Curva Minore and the Wuppertaler Improvisations Orchester.
